Refund Policy
Damaged item:
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is not as
described/advertised or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can investigate the issue and make it right.
Please let us know within 24hours of receiving of any issues via contactsus@irieseamoss.co.uk so we can ensure these are investigated and rectified.
Refunds:
To be eligible for a refund you should have contacted us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will notify you once we’ve investigated the matter and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
